Q: How is KBanx Designs different from other designers?
A: I offer quality products at great prices – our pens are metal NOT plastic. Metal pens are used for durability. I strive to provide you a positive shopping experience.

Q: What are your payment options?
A: For records and tax purposes, all payments are accepted through PayPal, Shopify and Zip.

Q: When will my items ship?
A: Each new order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. In stock products are shipped 2-3 business days from date of purchase. Once shipped you should receive your order in 5-7 business days. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your package ships!

Q: Can I request a Custom Design for a Special Event?

A: Yes, send us a message via “Custom Order”.  

Q: Where does KBanx Designs ship?
A: We currently only ship to the United States and Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands) and Canada. 

Q: I received my Tracking Number, but USPS didn't deliver my package. What do I do?
A: KBanx Designs does not refund items shipped with a Tracking Number. Once items are accepted by USPS, USPS is responsible for delivery. I will assist in providing information necessary to file an insurance claim.

Q: I saw another beadable pen design, can you copy the design?
A: KBanx Designs respects the creative process of other designers. I will not copy the pen design of another designer. I will be able to offer you other unique designs using the customer requested color palette.
